Frequently asked questions

What happens if I run more screenings than my plan includes?

Extra screenings are billed at your plan’s per-screening rate at the end of the month, or you can switch the organisation to block overage in Settings so nothing runs beyond the included volume.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Ask for the new plan from Billing → Plans in the app; our team confirms within one working day and your data, credits and users carry over untouched.

Do unused screenings roll over?

Plan credits reset each month. Credits you buy as bundles never expire and are only used once the plan credits are gone.

How is ongoing monitoring counted?

Adding an entity to monitoring uses half a credit. The automatic re-screens after that are included: you are not charged every time a list changes.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from the app or by writing to support. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and your audit trail stays exportable.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 100 screenings over 30 days, no card needed. Everything you screen during the trial stays in your account.

Where is my data stored?

In Microsoft Azure, UAE North (Dubai), with encrypted backups in the same region. The screening providers we route to are listed in the app and disclosed per organisation.
